STRACK app description

STRACK project, consisting of the monitoring of patients who have suffered a stroke during the year after discharge, includes within its capabilities the possibility of retrieving information from some of the devices that are guaranteed for monitoring. Due to the nature of these patients, they have a series of functional and physical functions, so to cover their needs in a more comfortable and friendly way, the OH Bridge app has been designed in the simplest way possible to avoid this excess of interaction and ensure adherence to it. The app will cover the following functionality

• Pair the Xiaomi Body Scale 2 scale
• Allow opening the STRACK patient portal
• Sync Google Fit or Apple Health health apps. This sync will be made with a single press and will collect the delta of the activities carried out from the last sync until the day before the current one. Once the sync was completed, it showed a success or error message. In either case, the date on which the last successful update was performed will be indicated. What datatypes STRACK App gets:
  • Steps
  • Distance
  • Activity duration
• Installation and use tutoria
• Multi-language: currently supports English (default) and Spanish. Language is loaded automatically based on phone language settings

What this app does with user data?

STRACK app works as a bridge between Google Fit or Apple Health and Xiaomi Body Scale data and send it to STRACK into Bellvitge Hospital. This data will be used to improve the care of patients that has suffered a Stroke and will be reviewed by clinicians to provide this better care
